台灣農業藥物毒物試驗所隸屬於行政院農業委員會,職掌為農藥之研究與發展,農產品殘留有毒物質之管制,植物保護新方法之開發,技術服務及訂定各種檢定方法與評估標準,以確保農藥之安全使用及農產品之安全品質。本所之主要工作目標為:
– 技術上支援農藥管理機構,加強農藥管理、登記及品質改良。
– 改良植物保護資材產製技術,提升農藥品質,改良配方,降低農業生產成本並加強植保資材使用之安全評估。
– 協助各實驗場所及農民,發展植物保護之新方法,並促進農藥安全、經濟、有效的使用。

於2006年5月由台灣農業藥物毒物試驗所 測試之步驟與結果:
1. 在2公斤之白菜上噴灑美文松(Mevinphos) 與益達Imidacloprid) 。
2. 將白菜分成2組,實驗組放入健康蔬果袋內,參考組置於健康蔬果袋
3 公尺外。3. 3小時後,均勻的從實驗組與參考組中各選取20公克,測試結果如下:
報告 EL1B0525.6 顯示參考組含:美文松14.6 ppm,益達胺0.39 ppm (mg/kg)。
報告EL1B0524.6 顯示實驗組的美文松與益達胺分別低於0.01 及 0.02 ppm 檢測值。實
2. 將白菜分成2組,實驗組放入健康蔬果袋內,參考組置於健康蔬果袋
3 公尺外。3. 3小時後,均勻的從實驗組與參考組中各選取20公克,測試結果如下:

於2008年9月由SGS台灣測試之步驟與結果:
將美文松(Mevinphos) 與水均勻混合,將一半之溶液作為參考組,在另一半溶液(實驗組)中將剪成條狀之健康蔬果袋浸泡其中。3小時後測試結果如下:
報告 2008/UF/90477 為參考組,測試結果為 0.933ppm (mg/kg).
報告 2008.UF/90478 為浸泡條狀之健康蔬果袋之實驗組,測試結果為0.0983ppm (mg/kg).
Test Procedure and Results manifested by Taiwan Agricultural Chemical and Toxic Substances Research Institute in May 2006
The above test reports were obtained with these procedures:
· Take 20kg of Chinese cabbage as the test samples and sprayed with mixture of pesticide, Mevinphos (美文松) and Imidacloprid (益達胺).
· Separately placed the sample; one into the ACR Bag and other sample outside ACR Bag.
3 hours later, all samples are measured to obtain the following result:
@ Test Report EL1B0525.6 shown result of 14.6 and 0.39 ppm (mg/kg) of Mevinphos and Imidacloprid.
@ Test Report EL1B0524.6 shown impressive result of non-detection of pesticides, Malathion and Imidacloprid since their reading is below minimum limit of 0.01 and 0.02 ppm respectively.

Pesticide used is Mevinphos (美文松) mixed with water. One portion is taken as a sample to be left in the open area. The ACR Bag was shredded and immersed into the balanced portion as the other sample. After 3 hours, both samples were measured to obtain the above test reports.
